If you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, phone, email, town/postcode, the service you're enquiring about, and any details you provide. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) — our form provider — and delivered to our inbox.
If you accept analytics cookies on this site, Google Analytics collects anonymised information about how you use the site (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate region). This data is not used for advertising and is never sold.
The only cookies set on this site are from Google Analytics, and only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. By default, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site.
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 3 years for our records, then deleted. Google Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
